  4.           The File Cabinet Screen

  7.  Unlike the Main Screen, the File Cabinet Screen
  8.  has an active light-bar menu. With the
  9.  exception of Quit, all of the File Cabinet menu
  10.  options refer to the currently highlighted mail
  11.  item.

  14.          File Cabinet Screen Elements

  18.  The File Cabinet Screen is made up of five
  19.  elements;

  32.  1 - Title & Menu lines

  34.  The top line on the screen, or Title Line,
  35.  displays the program name and version number.
  36.  The second line, or Menu Line,  displays the
  37.  currently available menu options.  The
  38.  highlighted letter of each option is the one
  39.  which invokes the action. For example, pressing
  40.  <V> at the File Cabinet Screen lets you View
  41.  your mail.

  43.    HINT: The first option of every menu may be
  44.          also selected be pressing <Enter>.

  50.  The Full Name of the user who sent you the item
  51.  appears in this column.

  56.  The Full Name of the recipient appears in this
  57.  column.

  60.  4 - Subject of the item

  62.  This subject of the item as entered by the
  63.  sender appears in this column.  An (R)
  64.  preceding the Subject means that the item is a
  65.  Reply to mail you previously sent.  An (F)
  66.  preceding the Subject means that the item was
  67.  Forwarded to you.

  70.  5 - Date/Time Rd/St

  72.  The date and time (based on the network's date
  73.  and time) that the item was received by you
  74.  (Incoming Mail) or sent by you (Outgoing Mail).

  80.  There are five options on the File Cabinet
  81.  menu.  The options are selectable by typing the
  82.  highlighted letter, or by pressing <Enter> to
  83.  select the first menu option.  The File Cabinet

  89.  Allows you to see (but not edit) the contents
  90.  of a mail item.

  95.  Allows you to print an item to a printer, or to
  96.  a disk file.  Also allows you to modify your
  97.  personal print settings.  For more detailed
  98.  information, select Printing on the Help Index

  104.  Allows you to move mail from the less active
  105.  storage in the File Cabinet to the more active
  106.  storage of the Incoming or Outgoing Mailbox.

  111.  Allows you to Delete mail items.  When you
  112.  select Delete, a dialog box pops up to verify
  113.  your choice.
